Banner Content:

All "sexually explicit" banner content has been pulled from the TopBucks Banner Area. We require that all webmasters currently utilizing "sexually explicit" banners remove the banners from their sites by June 23rd, 2005. We have provided sets of "non-sexually explicit" banners that our webmasters may use as an alternative and we are working on providing new "sexually-explicit" banners for webmasters to use that comply with the revised regulations. Additional "non-sexually explicit" banners will be added over the next two weeks.

Hosted Galleries:

Currently, all of our static hosted galleries and daily rotating pic/video galleries comply with the revised 2257 regulations, as the content is hosted on our domains. No changes by our webmasters are necessary in order to comply with our terms.

Free Content:

Webmasters will have two choices in how they access/utilize TopBucks giveaway content:

1. Those of you who feel more comfortable with non-"sexually explicit" content that is excluded from 2257 regulations may utilize the non-"sexually explicit" content recently provided in the giveaway content area. More sets will be added soon.
2. Giveaway content utilized by webmasters for non-reality sites is required to be removed from the webmaster's domain by June 23rd, 2005, as we are unable to provide access to records for these images.
3. All giveaway content previously provided by TopBucks for reality sites may continue to be used. This includes "sexually-explicit" content as webmasters will have access to our online 2257 database outlined in the next section.

Our Service:

TopBucks provides webmasters online access to our 2257 database upon webmaster request and upon lawful 2257 investigation only. We have allowed third party companies and attorneys to audit our 2257 database to verify that information is complete and meets 2257 compliance to the best of their knowledge. This database will have several back up servers and different hosting locations to ensure quality service. For each model entry, the TopBucks2257.com database includes:

• legal name of model
• stage names of model
• date of birth of model
• copy of ID of model
• cross reference to image and video galleries of model
• listing of additional Topbucks URLs that model appears on
• listing of additional URLs registered by webmasters where that model appears
• list of all updates and ammendments

Upon verification, the webmaster will be given a username and password to access the database and information only for that image, stage name, or legal name of the model(s) in question. We are able to look up the episode of that model based on the image name we provided you in the free content section.

How to access TopBucks2257.com Database:

Upon lawful investigation of content utilized on your websites and provided by TopBucks, webmasters may dial this 24-hour manned phone number: 1-866-470-2257. This number will be manned 24-hours per day by multiple TopBucks Staff in order to ensure, that no phone call is missed. This # will not be officially manned until June 23rd, 2005. We feel this method is best for allowing us to provide a service to our webmasters as well as protect the privacy of our 4500+ models.

You will be asked to provide the following information:

• TopBucks ID & Password
• Verification of Address
• Full name and accreditation of 2257 investigator
• The URL of the image or video in question
• The image name, stage name, or legal name of model(s) in question

What you need to know:

TopBucks Content Naming Conventions: TopBucks has used and continues to use naming conventions in order to simplify identifying what model belongs to each image. Each naming convention contains:

• Abbreviated site name
• Episode number
• Image number

For example, "HerFirstLesbianSex, Episode 12, Image 2" is "hfls_12_02.jpg". As a result, we ask webmasters to not rename images in order to facilitate record keeping. For older images provided by TopBucks, the naming convention may not have been used, but we do have a cross listing of each image name with our episodes.

URL Registration:

TopBucks will scan all referring urls from our webmasters and register automatically any image that is used on a webmasters url that uses our naming conventions. We also ask, that webmasters register any new urls or urls that do not send traffic directly to TopBucks Sites in our URL Registration system.

Please visit https://webmaster.topbucks.com/index3.php?_action=registerurls to register your URL to be included as a "published url" in our database. It is the webmasters responsibility to only use our content on websites registered in our 2257 system.

We are able to look up the episode of that model based on the image name we provided you in the free content section.
